By Car - Arriving by car is extremely convenient
as the Hotel is easy to reach and has its' own private garage which
is free of charge to our guests. In addition the Hotel Raffaello's
location in the north of Florence and proximity to the main highways
A1and A11 which connect Florence with Bologna, Milan and Rome and
the Airport of Florence "Vespucci". If coming to Florence
from the motorway you should take the exit at Novoli and follow
Viale Guidoni until you get to Piazza del Terzolle. Here take a
right and then the first left. Proceed until you come to the first
square Piazza Dalmazia and proceed straight ahead. The Hotel Raffaello
is located 100 metres further ahead on the left.
By Train - Florence's main railway station
Santa Maria Novella which is indicated on the yellow map, is only
a 10 minute taxi journey away. All express trains and eurostars
arriving from Florence, Milan, Naples and Italy's main cities stop
here. There are also a number of buses which connect the Raffaello
Hotel with Florence Railway Station - Take any bus number 14 (14A,
14B or 14C) from directly in front of the station and get off at
Piazza Dalmazia - the Hotel Raffaello is 80 metres away.
By Air - The Hotel Raffaello is reachable from
both airports serving Florence. The most convenient is Florence's
own international airport the Vespucci which is only 2.5 km away.If
arriving at Pisa we suggest you take the train to Florence as taxi's
from Pisa take approximately 1 hour are quite expensive.
